An age-friendly assessment is a structured review of how well a place or organisation supports older people. It measures performance against defined criteria, backed by evidence, so strengths and gaps can be seen clearly.
How SeniorHub assessments work
SeniorHub uses a hierarchical framework of dimensions, KPIs and metrics. Each metric is rated against benchmark levels and supported with evidence. Assessments move through data entry, review and approval.
Certification
SeniorHub awards Gold, Silver or Bronze certification based on how consistently metrics reach defined rating levels. This is a SeniorHub methodology, not an official WHO certification.
